Mikel Zatarain
Donostia – San Sebastián, 1983
After leaving engineering career he moved to Barcelona to delve into the language of film, where he graduated in cinema direction. After passing through the Master in Creative Documentary of Pompeu-Fabra University, where he attends classes with directors such as Sergei Dvortsevoy, José Luis Guerin and Mercedes Alvarez, presents his first work, Lanbroa, in the most radical and interesting section of the Festival International Documentary Film Navarra Punto de Vista, The Central Region. He also shoots and edits live underground bands, thinking with eyes and the heart to 25 beats per second.
